Good Monday Morning Coffee everybody☺️! How are you all doing on this wonderful, lovely day! When this finally blog posted, Lord willing I should be experiencing my first work day, so keep me in your prayers 😅. So, welcome to a new day, a new week, and another encouraging conversation with me, Kenya! So if you are ready, then grab something yummy to drink☕️ , and let’s start the discussion.

So, for today conversation the topic is called “Just Do It”! This topic is like a part two of “The Passion” blog. Just like that blog, this content is about embracing those things that you are passionate about while letting go of lies and religious beliefs.

I remember when one of the brothers who is a part of the RPA ministry came out of religion he would do a “shock prophetic”. It was a while ago, so I’m hoping that I’m getting this right. So, one of the things that he never had before was pork. So he decided to eat it in order to liberate himself from that lie. So I ask you, what is that thing that you could do that would be a shock to a religious mindset that you still haven’t overcome in order move forward. What are those things that you need to start doing in order to embrace the freedom in Christ. What have you been calling evil when its really something good.

I remember when I went through my religious phase, I got rid of all my pants, jewelry, stuff animals, and was very strict about what I watched and what I listened to (no secular stuff). Today, I understand that it’s about my heart, intimacy, and the finished work of Christ. God can use anything to speak to you. There are times when I would listen to certain songs from secular artist and that song would remind me totally of God, so much so that I would be shock that the song was written with a different purpose. I would be like “there is no way that they could be referring to another human being”. One of the most in important things to keep in mind is to not allow fear to lead you. A lot of times we are afraid to try something or not do something because we don’t really understand how much God loves us and there is so much grace. One of the things that I am living by is choosing to go forward and if I am getting it wrong, I believe the Lord will redirect me. So, choose to believe that God is really for you.
Side Note: Choose to go prayerfully forward and believe the Lord will redirect you if you get it wrong.
Monday Morning Coffee question: Any thoughts on today’s conversation?
So remember to take it one day at a time, stay encouraged in the Lord, and remember that the Lord loves you soooooo much, so remember to love Him back!
