Y’all Will Get Through This!

A new day, another opportunity! Welcome back to the Happy Gains blog with me, Kenya! Hoping your day is going well so far. Now it’s time for some more encouragement to keep you focus and motivated to become the best version of yourself. So grab something to drink and let’s start the conversation.

How are you doing today? Sometimes the answer to that question could be a less than optimistic one. I understand that there are times in our life that can test our mindsets and our focus on pursuing our goals. I myself am feeling like I’m lacking in the motivation department as well but I know at least two things that I have up my sleeve and that’s my intimate time with the Lord which is key and knowing that the seasons do change like from the ones of my past experiences.

There will be those moments where life is easy and then there will be those times when life is feelings very confusing. This is normal and I believe needed for our growth. We need to be put into hard situations in order to move in specific directions as well as our gifts and talents being forced out so we can use them. So, instead of feeling sorry for yourself, dig deep and use what’s already available to you. Maybe this is a time to become more resourceful and resilient, to learn a new skill, or sharpen an old one. There is has to be something that you can be doing even if it’s not very appealing at the moment. Currently I’m doing a Uber Eats and Insta-cart. Sure I would like a remote job but this is what’s available at the moment. When I look at my situation, I think to myself that God is so faithful. He provides a means in some way, the only problem is, which it’s on our end, are we willing to go that available route for a moment.

So I encourage you today to:

Keep Growing!

Keep Sowing!

Keep Trusting!

Keep Believing!

Keep Going!

So until next time, have a wonderful week!
