Don’t Let the Struggle Win: Why Your Attitude is Everything

Good morning! I hope everyone is doing well. I am doing wonderful and ready to get into the conversation so, let’s grab something yummy to drink and begin.

We’ve all been there. You’re deep into a job search, trying to build a career, or pushing towards a significant goal, and suddenly, that creeping feeling sets in: “What’s the point? Nothing positive will happen, so why bother?”

If that sounds familiar, I want to challenge your attitude.

The Inevitable Climb

Reaching a new place in life is rarely a smooth, easy journey. It often feels like you’re putting in endless effort for no return, and the urge to quit can be overwhelming. But here’s the secret: the struggle isn’t the problem—it’s your attitude towards it.

Over the years, I’ve noticed a consistent thread in my own life: a constant hope that keeps me trying and believing for something good. This isn’t about ignoring challenges; it’s about how you choose to approach them.

Choosing High-Frequency Feelings

One thing is for sure: it’s far less stressful when you choose to lean into a higher-frequency feeling. These are emotions like optimism, hope, and belief, rather than despair or defeat. It’s always your choice how you see your situation and how you utilize your day and the resources already at your disposal.

Your Power to Choose

No matter what challenges you face, you have the power to choose to be positive and to believe that things will work out great. This isn’t just wishful thinking; it’s a powerful shift in perspective that can change your actions and ultimately, your results.

So, the next time you feel like throwing in the towel, remember: your attitude is your greatest asset. Choose it wisely. So until next time have a beautiful, blessed day and bye for now!
