Hey, good morning! I hope everyone is well and staying cool! Remember to stay hydrated. Here in Texas, its super hot. When I heard that we were going to have a heat wave, I felt like laughing and also a little concerned because, WHY🥵! Well, at least I can stay in most of the day, Praise God for that. So, with that, let’s get something cool to drink and get into today’s conversation.
Have you ever felt the pressure to know every single step of your life’s path before you even begin? That overwhelming desire for a detailed itinerary of your future, a complete blueprint of your dreams? From my own experience, I’ve noticed a profound truth: as you continue your walk, that’s when the next step, the solution, or the crucial help is revealed.
Instructions, Little by Little
Think about Abraham, a cornerstone of faith. He didn’t receive an exact, detailed destination upfront. Instead, he got instructions little by little, one step at a time. He had to trust the God, even when the path ahead was shrouded in mist.
We can see our own journey with the Lord in a similar light. It’s like a continuous walk and talk with Him, where He eventually says, “Oh, look, we’re here!” or “Time to turn this way.” It’s a dynamic, unfolding adventure, not a rigid, pre-planned tour.
Embrace and Enjoy the Journey
This is precisely why we need to just enjoy the journey along the way. The moments of uncertainty, the detours, the unexpected revelations – these are all integral parts of the experience. They aren’t just obstacles to overcome; they are opportunities for growth, learning, and deepening our reliance on Him.
At the end of the day, regardless of where you are on your path, you get to enjoy the Lord, and that is far better than anything else, really. His presence, His guidance, His peace – these are the true treasures of the journey.
Remember, even when you arrive at your desired destination, you will still need Him. The fulfillment isn’t solely in reaching the goal, but in the continuous relationship and walk with the One who leads you there. Just something to think on. So until next time, have a beautiful, blessed day and bye for now!
What’s one small step you can take today, trusting that the next instruction will be revealed?
