Good Monday Morning Coffee everybody βΊοΈ! I hope everyone is well. Welcome to a new day, a new week, and another encouraging conversation. So if you are ready, then grab something to drink βοΈ and let’s get into the conversation!

So, for today’s conversation I would like to discuss hosting the presence of God. These couple of past weeks have been a wonderful and powerful time in the Lord. The Lord did exceedingly and abundantly over what I asked. I am seriously amazed because God never disappoints and He is over the top in giving. Perhaps in another blog I will share but today I just want to focus on the blessing that comes with hosting or inviting the presence of God in your life, your home, or wherever.

There is a beautiful blessed family that the Lord has connected me with and I have been to their home. They also have another home located in Virginia, the Petersburg area (if you want to come one day then leave a comment). I have been there several times. These saints love the Lord and they take hosting the presence of God very seriously. The glory of God is not only at the prayer house but in their home, it is amazing. Not only amazing but powerful. Individuals received deliverance and spoke in tongues for the first time. At the prayer house even young children and teenagers received joy, the new wine, deliverance, and they themselves prayed for others. It was just an amazing time in the Lord to say the less.

These are examples of why we need to invite God into our lives, spaces, and situations daily. The Lord has so much in store for us but when we don’t invite Him or host Him we limit the potential that God wants to do in our lives. Many times our time with the Lord in our homes look like a short prayer and a bible reading and then where done, but we are still stress out and confused. Or we still fill empty and far from the Lord. But allow me to advise you to start worshipping Him. Although prayer and bible reading is very good, worship is a must. When the presence of God comes, all that you need comes as well.

In 2 Corinthians 3:17 it says, Now the Lord is that Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is Liberty. Maybe you have notice that when there is a “church” service, there is a routine. There is worship, announcements, an offering, a sermon, and then service is over. Now I am not against order but after awhile this leaves little room for the Holy Spirit to have His way. Today the Lord is bringing us back to true worship and what the Christian walk and an intimate relationship should really look like and be. We are to partner with the Holy Ghost. Set the atmosphere for Him to set people free and be filled with Him. Since I have left the routine of “church as usual” about 6 or 7 years ago and started running with others believers who are done with that routine, I have seen what it looks like when the Holy Spirit is giving control. During my time when I would go to “church” I was still down, filling lonely, and unsatisfied but now I fill at times like I am flying in my spirit and feeling the bliss of God. It’s incredible!

There is so much more that can be added to this decision, so I invite anyone to add to this conversation. Overall, I just want to see God in every aspect of my life. God’s presence is amazing and super satisfying. Please continue to seek God, invite Him in your space, and sit with Him because there is nothing on this Earth that will satisfy and set you completely free like the Holy Spirit. So with that, remember to take it one day at a time and stay encouraged in the Lord!
