Good Monday Morning Coffee to everyone! I am believing that everyone had an awesome week. I am just enjoying the Georgia weather where I am at and grateful to be out the cold weather. Also I have some great news! I now have a sister store to this blog site which is My Coffee and Encouraging Conversation Store. Also, soon I will be launching my first e-book called Hid in Christ. This e-book will be free and there will be a companion journal that you can use along with the e-book. I have been working on a lot of fun ways to bring encouragement to whomever is willing to recieve so please check out my store and be on the look out for the e-book and journal as well. Now lets conclude our discussion on Quiet Time with part four.

What to do during your Quiet Time?

Now you can reap the rewards of all your hard work. You took the first step of coming to the great decision to do this for yourself, then you got creative in your choices and decorating, now all you have to do now is enjoy all your efforts. I think that this would be a great time to celebrate whether it is big or small. When I finished my setup for my quiet place I was so grateful to God for placing the quiet place on my heart to do it.

Now just sit and take it all in. This place you have created is actually a place that will serve you. I think of the quiet place as a spa. Everyone knows when you go to the spa you will recieve some sort of service that promotes your well being. Well the quiet place should serve you in that sense. Everything that you put into that space should help you, inspire you, and make you feel better. Like I mentioned before in other post I use my space to seek the Lord and there are moments where I feel Jesus. He helps me overcome issues and speaks to me. Also during that time I am worshipping, reading devotionals and my bible, and journaling. After my time in that space I am ready to start the rest of my day. This is a good example of how your space should serve you.

More examples on what to do your quiet space:

Reading a book that you have really wanted to get into.

Journaling or writing down your dreams, hopes, and goals.

Listening to soothing music or any type of music that relaxes you.

Praying, worshipping, and seeking God.

Doing crossword puzzles, drawing, or sudoku.

Crocheting and knitting.

Spa day in your quiet place.

There are so many ideas that can help you relax and catch your breath when you are feeling overwhelmed or overworked. The quiet place reminds me of Narnia. It is like stepping into another world where the outside has no affected on this place. This is how your Quiet Time should feel. Also if you need to paint or do a mural then do it to step up your quiet place. There is no harm in it and you will be so happy with the results. Sometimes we may think that we don’t need to do all of that but this is your well being and you should love yourself enough to treat yourself with love and care.

I am a so happy that you made it to the end of this series. It has been wonderful sharing some ideas on Quiet Time and I hope it has inspired you. I hope that when you are in your quiet place you are able to rejuvenate, experience peace, and are inspired to take on the day. Thank you as always for reading my post, I do really appreciate it. Please like👍, subscribe, and share. Remember to comment which is appreciated as well. Enjoy the rest of your day and bye for now👋!
