Good Monday Morning Coffee lovely people ☺️ ! How are you all doing? I hope amazing, especially in the Lord! Welcome to a new day, a new week, and a new encouraging conversation with me, Kenya. So if you are ready, then grab that yummy drink ☕️ and let’s get into the conversation.

So, for today’s conversation I would like to discuss why frustration can be the tool that produces liberation. Although no one likes to feel frustrated, but under the right circumstances it can led to a more fruitful and fulfilling life. This feeling is what causes many to choose the better path and the feeling is also on that same path of success.

When we are tired of the same thing day in and day out, we often begin to feel the frustration that comes with that cycle. Or when we have decided to implement new habits to replace the old habits we often at times will feel frustration as well. As of last year I have been working towards some goals and at first it was exciting but now I am starting to feel very much frustrated. I guess my frustration comes from the details of what it takes to reach my goals. There is an inner rebellion that I have to keep in check. Although I know that what I am doing is needed, my flesh does not want to go along with the plan. This is where frustration shows up.

I want to encourage anyone who may be feeling frustrated to (one) use that feeling as a sign that there needs to be a change and (two) to see this feeling as a normal sign that you are in fact changing. When we began that new habit, we will experience frustration. You can also look at it this in this way, if you are not experiencing frustration, then you are not experiencing any change. Only when we have to come out of our comfort zone will we start feeling different degrees of this feeling.

Now even though I am experiencing this feeling I know that it’s part of my journey to liberation. One of my goals is to pay off all my debt. While on this path, it feels hard when dealing with various details of the journey but it’s all leading to the liberation that I am working towards. Many people who misunderstood frustration have left the path that would have led them to their liberation. Instead they should have understood that frustration is just part of the journey. My advice to you is to learn to master your emotions. Evaluate way you are feeling what you are feeling.

So to conclude, we experience so many different feelings. Our feelings are a normal part of life, just like the feeling of frustration is. Sometimes we can ignore our frustration but maybe you should evaluate the reason why you may be feeling that way. Also, while choosing personal growth, please keep in mind that frustration is all apart of that journey as while. Remember to master your feeling which will keep your emotions in check and keep you focus on reaching those liberating goals.
Side Note: When feeling challenged or stress out, always remember why you are doing what you are doing.
